CCA organizes the licensed market into a consolidated buying force to purchase exclusively
the products and services of participating CCA advertisers. These advertisers access
a substantial and identifiable portion of the households in the licensed market.
For this privilege of an exclusive advertiser category participation, the advertiser
purchases a customized media flight on the media licensee. All advertiser media buys
are documented new business for the media. Over a thirteen week period, the public
