Facility Leader: Todd Thomas, Warden
Todd Thomas was named warden at Metro-Davidson County Detention Facility in March 2016. Most recently, Thomas served as warden at Trousdale Turner Correctional Center, Saguaro Correctional Center, and Coffee Correctional Facility. He joined CCA in 1990 as a correctional officer at Winn Correctional Center, where he was also a recreation supervisor, field supervisor, dog sergeant and SORT member. Thomas later became shift supervisor at Metro, where he was also a SORT commander. He left the company briefly to work at Scapa Forming Fabrics in the sales/service Southwest Region, and he returned to CCA as assistant chief of security at Winn. Thomas was promoted to assistant warden at Coffee Correctional Center before returning to Winn as assistant warden.
