Facility Warden: Mike Pugh

Mike Pugh Mike Pugh became warden at Northeast Ohio Correctional Center in July 2011. Pugh joined CCA in 2004 as warden at McRae Correctional Facility. He left the company briefly and rejoined as assistant warden at Northeast Ohio. Prior to joining CCA, Pugh spent eight years with the Washington, D.C. Department of Corrections, where he started as a correctional officer and was promoted to case manager. He transferred to the Federal Bureau of Prisons as case manager and later served as warden at five different facilities. He retired from the BOP as warden at the United States Penitentiary in Allenwood, Penn. Before rejoining CCA, he served as director, Operations at Cornell Companies.
