Bill Spivey was named warden at CCA's Bay Correctional Facility in early 2005. Spivey was formerly assistant warden, and had served BCF as acting warden during 2004. Prior to that, he served as a program manager. He joined BCF in August 1995 as a psychologist. Spivey holds a B.S. in business administration and an M.A. in counseling and guidance.
