Warden: Barry Goodrich
Barry Goodrich, during the course of his corrections career, has worked his way up the ranks, from correctional officer, assistant shift supervisor and chief of security to facility executive. He joined CCA more than 20 years ago after spending eight years in the U.S. Army and in law enforcement. In his tenure with the company, he has worked at five CCA facilities in Kansas, Minnesota, Colorado, Georgia and Ohio – where he previously served on the Facility Activation Team at Northeast Ohio Correctional Center in Youngstown. Additionally, he served as assistant warden at CCA’s Coffee Correctional Facility, Crowley County Correctional Facility, and Prairie Correctional Facility. From 2008-2011, Goodrich was warden at Coffee Correctional Facility. Prior to being named warden at Bent County Correctional Facility in 2013, he served as warden at Lake Erie Correctional Institution.
