Warden: Martin Frink
Martin L. Frink was named warden at Crossroads Correctional Center in 2011, bringing nearly 30 years of corrections experience. He joined CCA in 2000 as chief of security at Cibola County Correctional Center, and was promoted to assistant warden at California City Correctional Center. He later became assistant warden at Mineral Wells Pre-Parole Transfer Facility. Frink left the company briefly and rejoined in his current position. Prior to joining CCA, Frink spent nearly 17 years with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice where he started as a correctional officer and promoted to chief of security.
