Vance Everett was named Warden at Kit Carson Correctional Center in 2011. He most recently served as Director of Security at CCA's Facility Support Center. Prior to that, he was Assistant Warden at Willacy County State Jail. Everett joined CCA in 2002, bringing 20 years of corrections experience with the Wyoming Department of Corrections. Throughout his corrections career he has held various leadership positions, including Warden/Complex Administrator of the Wyoming State Penitentiary and Chief of Security at Dawson State Jail.
