Warden: David Frye
David Frye has been promoted to warden at Lee Adjustment Center. Frye joined CCA as a case manager at Lee, where he also served as programs manager before joining the Kentucky Department of Corrections as a case manager. He later returned to Lee, serving as unit manager, programs manager and assistant warden before being named acting warden at the formerly CCA-operated Otter Creek Correctional Center. Frye also served as a SORT member and assistant commander. He holds a bachelor's degree in history from Eastern Kentucky University.
