Charlotte Collins was named warden at CCA's Nevada Southern Detention Center in 2012. Previously, she served as warden at CCA's Elizabeth Detention Center since 2005. Collins had also served as assistant warden at Elizabeth and program manager and chief of unit classification at Bartlett State Jail. She joined CCA in 1989 at Venus Pre-Release Center after serving four years with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice as a correctional officer and correctional counselor.
