Tim Keith serves as the warden of Winn Correctional Center. Keith joined CCA in 2004 as assistant warden at Winn and later was named director, Operational Audits at CCA's Facility Support Center. Prior to joining CCA, Keith spent 22 years with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Awards: Winn Correctional Center was the first prison in the State of Louisiana to become ACA accredited (1991). WCC received the CCA Facility of the Year Award in 1993. The Winnfield Chamber of Commerce has presented the facility with numerous awards for services provided to the community, as well as a participating member. The FBLA Annual Student Loan Program allows members the opportunity to experience a part of a typical day in the field of corrections. The Education Department was the first in the State to develop a Job Fair for releasing offenders, affording the opportunity for employers to interview and talk to the offenders about jobs. WCC has received recognition for providing services through the Vo-tech programs to local churches, schools and other civic organizations including the Winn Parish Museum.
